Ottis Arvin Polk, age 94, a former resident of Camden, AL died on June 3, 2009, at Adel Convelescene Center in Adel, GA. Funeral Services were held on Sunday, June 7, 2009, at Camden Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. Burial followed at Greenwood Cemetery. The family received friends on Saturday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Dunklin &Daniels Funeral Home in Camden.
Mr. Polk was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Estus and Cordid Robbins Polk, wife, Edwina (Tootsie) Polk, son, James Arvin Polk, brothers, Curtis &Estes Polk, and sister, Iva Bass.
He is survived by his daughter, Frances (Roy) Robson, son, Sam (Cindy) Polk, wife of deceased son, ARvin, Martha Polk, grandsons, Roy (Delaine)Robson, Sean Polk, Jason Polk, Frank (Christina) Polk, granddaughters, Rebecca Robson, Beth (Greg)Johnson, Lauren (Mark) Satterlee, great-grandchildren, Brooks &Jimmy Robson, Katelyn, Morgan, Taylor Johnson, great-greatgrandson, Noah, and nephew, Grover (Millie) Bass.
