Deacon Frank Lee Johnson, 80, of Selma, Alabama died May 26, 2009 at his residence. Services are scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2009 at 1:00pm at Church of The Living God officiated by Pastor David Stockman. Burial will follow in Faunsdale Community Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
Survivors include sons, David (Cathy) Williams, Nathaniel (Julia) Williams, Roosevelt (Loretta) Williams, Frank Johnson, Jr., Jimmy Lee Johnson, Nelson Johnson, Walter (Glenna) Nixon; daughters, Emma Lee (Billy) Purifoy, Carolyn Johnson, Irene (Gene) Boone, Elouise (James) Hudson, Angela Johnson, Jackie Parnell, Sherlene Williams, and step daughter, Jeanette Simmons; one brother, William Johnson; one sister, Mary Graham; a special daughter-in-law, Irene Williams; a favorite niece, Kendra Jennings; twenty-six grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
