Robert Pettway, Jr., 47, of 2115 LL Anderson, Selma, AL, died Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center. Services are scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 11:00am at Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel officiated by Pastor Stephen Smith. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Brothers Funeral Home Inc.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Robert Pettway, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Barbara S. Pettway; parents, Mrs. Mary F. Pettway; three brothers, Michael (Azie) Pettway and Joseph Brantley, both of Selma, AL and Raymond Brantley of Houston, TX; sisters, Mrs Wanda (Stephen) Smith, Tyniece (Bobby) Bowers and Lydia Pettway, all of Selma, AL, Mrs. Saundra (Johnny) Franklin of Montgomery, AL, Dorothy (Jerome) Anderson of Clayton, AL, and Mrs. Brenda (James) Perry of Fayetteville, NC.
