Sidney Ferris Trammel, age 85, of Selma, AL, passed away May 10, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Harrison Trammel and sisters, Estell Trammel and Fannie Sykes.
Surviving are his wife, Eloise Trammel; son, Richard (Linda Kay Derry) Trammel; daughter, Linda (John T.) Haskell; sisters, Cordelia Bracknell and Juanita Mott; sister-in-law, Joann Beaver; grandchildren, Scott (Lynn) Haskell, Joy Haskell and Russell (Tracie) Haskell and great-grandchildren, Peyton Haskell, Patrick Haskell, Preston Haskell, Sydney Blackmon, Savannah Blackmon, Taylor Haskell and Kaylee Haskell.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. George K. Jones, Sr. officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Sol Tepper, Jr., Louie Adkison, Bobby Sanders, Bob Myers, Carroll Hughey and Carl Mott.
