Mildred Ceil DeFazio, age 82, of Benton, AL, passed away May 7, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas DeFazio. Surviving are her daughter, Ceil Ann and her husband, Donny Cooper; step-sons, Richard DeFazio and Rusty and his wife, Karen DeFazio; step-daughter, Michela and her husband, Terry Johnson; grandchildren, Pat Cooper, Scott Cooper, Nicky DeFazio, Randy DeFazio, Charlie DeFazio, Ann Marie DeFazio and Erica DeFazio; great-grandchildren, Amber Richards, Shane Richards, Zackery DeFazio and Logan DeFazio; nephews, Bobby and his wife, Jackie Woodruff and their daughter, Roberta Woodruff and Perry and his wife, Kent Woodruff and their daughters, Caroline and Anne Woodruff.
Graveside services will be Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Good Hope Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Lowndes County Road 9, with Rev. John Boles officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at The Southern Sportsman Hunting Lodge following the service.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Holladay, Tommy Lane, Bobby Woodruff, Perry Woodruff, Bill Lyon and Jim Mason. Honorary pallbearers will be Pat Cooper, Scott Cooper and Sam Cooper, Jr.
