Helen Moore Downing, 83, of Marion, AL died Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Perry County Nursing Home. Graveside services are scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Marion Cemetery with The Rev. Scott Schuyler officiating. Survivors include one daughter, Donna Downing (Ben) Holifield of Selma, AL; one son, Michael Lee (Sherry) Downing of Marion, AL; one brother, Fred Allen Moore of Marion, AL; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Pallbearers include Heath Holifield, Justin Downing, Jesse Holifield, Ben Holifield, John Anderson, and William T. Oakes, Jr.
