Frank Smith, Sr., 85, of Selma, AL died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Jackson Hospital, Montgomery, AL. Services are scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Sandridge Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Malcomb Johnson. Burial will follow in Sandridge Church Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mildred Smith.
Survivors include wife, Mollie Smith; three sons, Virgil Parker, Frank Smith, Jr., and Michael Smith; three brothers, Laurdell Smith, Samuel Smith, Sr. (Juanita) and Sylvester Smith; one sister, Lula Mae Suttles; seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren; one daughter-in-law; one brother-in-law; one sister-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews.
