William John Rogers, 97, of Marion, passed away on March 26, 2009 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. Graveside services will be held Sunday, March 29, 2009, at 2 p.m. at the Marion City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Roger’s residence in Marion, Alabama Saturday night from 6-8 p.m. The Reverend Scott Schuyler and Mr. William John Rogers, III will officiate and Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel will direct.
