Keith defeated Francis Marion in the first round of the Class 2A, Area 6 tournament on Friday.

Forest Pasley led Keith with 26 points and 10 rebounds. Gerald Matthews added 12.

Kenneth Tabb scored 14 points for the Rams.

With the win, the Bears will take on R.C. Hatch for the area title on Monday in Marion.

Morgan 64, Prattville Christian 51

Morgan knocked off Prattville Christian 64-51 on Friday.

With the win, the Senators advance to the championship game of the Class AAA, Region 2 area tournament.

Heath Harrelson led Morgan with 16 points. Coal Brown and Sam Tate added 10 apiece.

Jeremy Carr was Prattville’s leading scorer with 30 points.

Morgan takes on Tuscaloosa Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday for the region title.

Central Christian 58, Warrior 44

Central Christian knocked off Warrior 58-44 on Friday in Camden.

With the win, the Warriors advanced to the championship game of the Class A, Region 2 tournament.

Wesley Bell led the Warriors with 20 points and eight rebounds. Bryant Rawls added 13 points and 10 rebounds.

Major Burton led Warrior with 19 points.

Central Christian plays Open Door for the region title at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
