Mary Mason, age 85, formally of Selma, Al passed away December 28, 2008 in Nashville, TN.
Preceding Mrs. Mason in death was her husband of 50 years, Lloyd. She practiced nursing for many years in Dallas County, AL and was an active member of Houston Park Church of Christ.
She was a devoted mother to her children, Sylvia Gaffney and Eric Mason; two grandsons, Kelsey and Reuben Mason their wives and four great grand children; sisters, Irene Mazolla, Lucille Prater, Jessie Thurlow; and brother, Edgar Hash, plus many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Saturday, January 24, 2009, at 10 a.m. at Pineview Memory Gardens Cemetery with Tom McLemore officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.
