Survivors are a devoted and loving mother, Lela M. Moore of Huntsville, Alabama; father, Matthew C. Pearson; children: Jalund Woods, JaQuerious Moore, TaKeira Moore; three sisters, Catherine Smith, Shania Furlow and N’gina Pearson all of Selma, Alabama; one brother, Anderiko Furlow of Atlanta, Georgia; four aunts, Cynthia Smith of Mobile, Alabama; Lillian (Charles) Mitchell of Stockbridge, Alabama; Carolyn (Eddie) Robinson and Annie Pearson Bailey of Selma, Alabama; seven uncles: John (Eliza) Caver, Charles Pearson, James Caver and James M. Moore, Jr. of Selma; Timothy Smith of Decatur, Georgia and Stanley Alexander of Windsor, Connecticut; James M. Moore, III of Long Beach, California; one great aunt, Martha O. Moore of Selma, Alabama; one great uncle, Addison Moore of Birmingham; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services are Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 12:00 noon at the Ebenezer Baptist Church, Dr. Frederick D. Reese, Officiating, with Millers Funeral Services Directing. Burial will follow in Summerfield Community Cemetery.
