Katherine Turner, 40 of Marion, AL died Thursday, January 1, 2009. Services are scheduled for 1 pm Saturday January 10, 2009 at Marion Baptist Academy with Pastor Whitney Hurt officiating. Burial will follow in the Hopewell Church cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
Survivors include four sons, William Turner, Courtney Turner, Wardell Turner and Arthur Turner; one daughter, Rosetta Turner; four brothers, Chester (Martha) James, Melvin (Barbara) Turner, Precious (Mary Bell) Turner and Eddie L. Turner; five sisters, Annie Sims, Mary (Jimmy) Bradley, Dorothy (John) Moore, Patricia (Ciaboen) Norris and Delphine (Clinton) Mack; one grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews; a special friend, Earnest Billingsley.
