Mary Lou Barnett was born December 20, 1925 and passed away December 27, 2008 in Selma, AL.
Mrs. Barnett was preceded in death by her husband, O. D. Barnett; son, Troy Sims and grandson, Wayne Barnett.
Surviving are her sons, Bobby (LaJuana) Barnett and David Barnett; daughters, Donna (Ray) Gardner and Becky (Barry) Anderson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Mary Barnett was a woman who enjoyed life and loved to travel. She worked hard and raised five children while working in a factory. She will be missed by her family and friends.
Funeral services will be at Hanceville Funeral Home, Monday, December 29, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. with a time of visitation prior to the service at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the Center Hill Baptist Church cemetery.
