Helen Ross, 61, a resident of Dallas County died December 25, 2008 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery. Services are scheduled for December 31, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Second Baptist in Selma. Officiated by Darryl Moore.
Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
Survivors include four sons, Amos E. Ross – Adrian, Miss., Darnell Ross (Angela); Megale Ross and Henry Ross, all of Selma; three brothers, Roosevelt Ross, Will Ross – Detroit, MI, and Bezell Ross – Brooklyn, N.Y.; four sisters, Mary Anderson – Los Angeles, CA, Pankie Ross – Buffalo, N.Y., Sadie Harris – Detroit, MI, Ola Mae Thomas – Chicago, IL; five grandchildren, one daughter-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews. Pall bearers will be nephews.
