Parham B. Ballard, age 76, of Selma passed away on Tuesday De-cember 23, 2008 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held on Fri-day December 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Oden Johnson officiating. Mr. Ballard is survived by his wife, Clara Evelyn Ballard, his sons, Par-ham B. Ballard, Jr., Donald Edgar Ballard, and Matthew D, Ballard, a daughter, Mary E. Rollins, a brother, Walton Edgar Ballard, Jr., a sister, Lucille Ballard, grandchil-dren, Bridget Killingsworth, Wesley Ballard, Chase Ballard, and Brittany Ballard, Amanda Parrish, Brandon Orvis, Kerry Henderson, Jonathan Orvis, Rhonda Brown, Brandon Etheridge, Scott Etheridge, and Ashley Roberts; and four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces. Mr. Ballard is preceded in death by his late wife, Libby Jean Ballard.
The family will receive friends on Friday December 26, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.
