Deborah Alice King, age 56, a resident of Selma, AL, passed away December 15, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey A. and Willie Maude King and an aunt, Mable Alley.
Surviving are her brothers, Harvey Alvin (Nancy) King III and David Allen King; sister, Betty Jo (Wendell) McMichen; uncles, Clarence (Hazel) King and Joe Alley; several nephews and cousins and her extended family at Cahaba Center for Mental Health.
Funeral services will be Friday, December 19, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George K. Jones, Sr. and Rev. Evelyn Scott officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday, December 18, 2008 from 5-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be David Griffith, Will Langston, Marlow D. Ellis, Sr., Jason King, Charles King and Adam King.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Cahaba Center for Mental Health, 1017 Medical Center Pkwy., Selma, AL 36701.
