Mr. Abbott (Albert) Blocton, 64, of Selma, Alabama died December 8, 2008 at his residence. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 11:00 am at Elmwood Cemetery officiated by Rev. Lee Goodwin and under the direction of Miller Funeral Service, Inc.
Survivors include two sons, Albert (Aiko) Blocton, Acie (Na’sha) Blocton; three daughters, Zelma Blocton, Swann (Douglas) Marsh, and Pamela Blocton; four brothers, Walter Blocton, Lee (Ivory) Goodwin, Sinnie (Velma) Blocton, and Frank (Bernice) Blocton; two sisters, Minne Lee Albritton and Rosa June Rawls; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; one son-in-law; two daughters-in-law; three sisters-in-law; and a host of other relatives.
