Kitty Sue Clark Caine, age 81, a lifelong resident of Selma, AL, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2008 while surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Caine was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Selma. She was a loving Christian mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Drury Caine, Sr.; two daughters, Kitty Lee Caine and Alice Caine Sealey; her brother, Victor Earl Clark, Jr.; and her sister, Zula Clark Lide.
Survivors include her children, Walter Drury (Yvonne) Caine, Jr. of Mobile, AL, Tereesa Caine Sparks of Auburn, AL, Anne Caine (Scott) Cutler of Ogden, UT, Rosemary Caine (Eric) Aycock of Dana Point, CA, and Priscilla Caine (Charles) Haggard of Alabaster, AL; two brothers, Charles Franklin Clark, Sr. of Shubuta, MS and Feulner DeWitt Clark of Monroeville, AL; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Funeral services from the graveside were held on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 11 A.M. at Pineview Memorial Gardens in Selma, AL. Serving as pallbearers were: Charles Edward Haggard, Justin Daniel Sparks, John Eric Aycock, Sean Eric Aycock, Charles Franklin Clark, II and Clayton Scott McInnish.
