Mary Chance, 65, of Selma, passed away August 31, 2008 at a local Hospic Hospital. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday November 8, 2008 at New Live Oak Cemetery with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Mary McAteer Chance Boutwell was born in Selma and lived most of her life in Selma and Farmersville, AL. She spent the last two years of her life in Byron, GA with her family.
Survivors include, sons; Leon Chance, George Chance, John Chance, of Byron, GA, sisters; Shirly Hill Boutwell, Goose Creek, SC, Carolyn Johnson Boutwell, Andalusia, AL, brother, Jud Hewston, Byron, GA, Tommy Boutwell, Selma, and several nieces and nephews.
