Cranford, Mr. Francis Paul, age 70, a resident of Elmore, AL passed away on October 22, 2008 at his home.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 27, 2008, 2 PM from the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home, Millbrook, AL with Chaplain Bill Tucker officiating. Masonic rites and military rites will follow the chapel service. Mr Cranford was a member of V.F.W. American Legion Post 133, a mason, and retired from USAF and Air National Guard.
Survivors include wife of 50 yrs., Mary L. Cranford of Elmore, AL; daughters, Melissa Ramsey of Cullman, AL; Jennifer (Jamie) Bergman of Nova Scotia, Canada; son, Wesley (Audrey) Cranford of Deatsville, AL; sister, Naideen (Chip) White of Charleston, SC; brother, John (Patti) Cranford of Clearwater, FL; 6 grandchildren, Bobby (Tess) Ricketts of Zachary, LA: Joshua Ricketts, St Francisville, LA: Brad Ramsey of Birmingham, AL; Jennifer Ramsey of Duluth, GA; Keaton Ramsey of Cullman, AL; Cooper Ramsey of Cullman, AL; and great granddaughter, Natalie Paige Ricketts of Zachary, LA; Pallbearers will be USAF Honor Guard.
Family will receive from on Monday, October 27, 2008 , 1 to 2 PM, at the funeral home.
