Mr. Leroy W. “Buddy” Page Sr., 84, of Selma, AL died Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Vaughan Regional Hospital.
Services are scheduled for 12:00 Noon, Saturday, August 23, 2008 at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church with the Rev. Ocie Acoff officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln’s Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
Survivors include his wife, Lonnie A. Page; seven sons, Willie (Jackie) Page, James Page, Leroy Page Jr., Booker (Sabrina) Page, Nathaniel (Ella) Page, Lyndon Goldsby, and George (Clara) Page; five daughters, Minnie McDonald, JoAnn McQueen (Love), Sandra Hayes (Antonio), Barbara Pennell (William), and Shirley Toney; a sister, Georgia M. Peterson; twenty-two grandchildren; twenty-three great- grandchildren; one great- great grandchild; three brothers- in- law; two sisters- in- law; and a host of nieces and nephews. Two devoted nieces, Gwendolyn J. Waugh and Veronica Willis; and host of relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be ushers. Honorary Pallbearers will be sons, grandsons, and nephews.
