Joseph C. Thomas, 82, of Selma, AL died Monday, July 21, 2008 at Vaughan Regional.
Services are scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2008 at 11:00am at Miller’s Chapel officiated by Rev. L. L. Ruffin. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mitch and Mary Thomas.
Survivors include two sons, Willie Charles Thomas (Charlene) of Montgomery, AL and Earnest Blackman of Detroit, MI; daughters, Lynn Savage (Karl) of Selma, AL, Wanda Williams (Keith), Pearly Dickerson of Mobile, AL, Lavell and Lily Dickerson (Deceased); one brother, Ralph Wilson; one sister, Nettie Harrison; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
