The court issued the order after Blair&8217;s conditional guilty plea to the Alabama State Bar Association&8217;s disciplinary board.

The board said in a release more than 30 grievances and Client Security Fund claims were filed against Blair between April 2003 and January 2006.

Court records show Blair agreed to make restitution totaling in excess of $57,000 as a condition precedent to eligibility for seeking reinstatement.
