A municipal judge has dismissed a case of resisting arrest against a Selma man and his grandson.

Kourtney Gordon and Walter Hollman Jr. of Selma walked out of Selma Municipal Court free men, ending a months-long battle that saw accusations and counter-accusations about behavior of some former Selma Police officers.

Gordon was charged with a traffic violation and attempting to elude officers. Hollman was charged with resisting arrest.

Both stemmed from an incident in March with police officers from Selma after one patrolman allegedly attempted to pull over Gordon to issue a citation.
