Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at Tabernacle Of Praise Church officiating the Pastor Effel Williams.

Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery directed by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home Inc.

He is survived by his parent, Willie Lee Solomon; brothers, John (Mammie) Solomon Selma, AL, Theodore Solomon, Houston, TX; sisters, Lorease (Woodrow) Edwards Bronx, NY, Jeannette Gloss, Houston-TX, Annie(Martie) Tolbert, Dorothy Solomon, Virginia (James) Phillips, all of Selma, AL.

And a host of nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.

Essie Mae Williams, 74, of Orrville died Sunday,

June 1, 2008, at her home.

Lonnie Bryant, age 68, a resident of Foley, AL and formerly of Selma, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2008.

Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Bryant, Foley, AL; daughter, Bonnie (Steve) Fitts, Selma, AL; son, Leon &8220;Buck&8221; (Laura) Bryant, Robertsdale, AL; aunt, Pete Grindle, Selma, AL; grandson, Blake Fitts, Selma, AL; and granddaughter, Emily Bryant, Robertsdale, AL.

A visitation was held in Robertsdale, AL Monday, June 2, 2008 from 1-2:00 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home with funeral services at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Jeff Copeland officiating.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens with Rev. Lee Tate officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Selma Funeral Home.

Ms. Georgia Smith, 69 of Selma, AL died June 2, 2008 at Jackson Hospital.

Patricia Gayle Helms Sides

Patricia Gayle Helms Sides, age 59, of Selma, died Sunday June 1, 2008.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday June 4, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery, with Reverend Preston Johnson officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Sides of Selma, daughter, Shannon Sides of Selma, son, Eddie (Marie) Sides of Selma, grandchildren, Daniel and Shanna Sides, parents, Coy and Louise Helms of Selma, brother, Ronnie (Sheila) Helms, and sister, Cindy Green.

Mrs. Sides was a member of The Overlook Hills Church of God and a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Vaughan Regional Medical Center for 25 years.

Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Moore, Ken Hopkins, Carson Jones, James McCory, Kenny Williams, Destiny Chappelle, Christopher Chappelle, and Gene Hisel.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bradley Capps and Willie Boyd.

The family will receive friends Wednesday June 4, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Overlook Hills Church of God.
