Walter Earl James
Walter Earl James, 42, of Selma, Al passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his father Willie James and two brothers Jesse and Henry James all of Selma, Al.
He is survived by his loving and devoted mother Maggie James of Selma, Al; his brother Roosevelt (Diane) James of Sacramento, Ca; four sisters, Dorothy Miller of Selma, Al; Essie Williams, Elizabeth Gaillard, and Rosetta Funna all of Atlanta, Ga.; 4 aunts, Elizabeth Davis of New York; Cetonia Buford, Elizabeth (Azell) Ford, and Emma Davis all of Selma, Al; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held Monday, April 14, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. James Hudson officiating at Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Miller Funeral Services, Inc.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, April 13, 2008 from 6-8 p.m.
The James family would like to express their appreciation to everyone who offered a kind word, their prayers, and assistance in dealing with the loss of our loved one.
