The U.S attorney&8217;s office in the Southern District of Alabama and the District Attorney Michael Jackson&8217;s office are holding their annual LECC training conference April 10-11.

The training will be held at the Central Alabama Farmers Co-op, 2519 U.S. Highway 80 West, Selma. Various law enforcement agencies will participate, including sheriff&8217;s

and police departments, probation officers and community correction officers from the southern portion of the state. Also, federal officers from the FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration, Secret Service and others will participate.

Training will be provided on immigration and illegal aliens, anti-gang and community outreach, public corruption, asset forfeiture and current drug trafficking trends.
