A girl who has been missing since Feb. 16 has been spotted around Selma and the Selmont area, but has managed to stay one step ahead of authorities.
Beauner Minter, 16, was reported missing Feb. 16 after her foster parents found her gone that Saturday morning. Minter was placed in foster care after previously being sent to a juvenile detention facility.
She disappeared hours after her placement.
Authorities at the Dallas County Sheriff&8217;s Department said circumstances indicate that Minter left of her own free will. She has been seen in the area, but has not been pinned down to one location.
