Survivors include spouse, Pellie Brand, 6 sons, Darren (Ruby) Brand, Robert (Ayesha) Brand, Thotis (Tammy) Brand, Herbert (Rosie) Brand Jr., Richard (Josephine) Brand and Kevin (Sakeena) Brand; 1 daughter, Peggy Brand; 3 brothers, Otha Brand, John (Gladys) Brand and Jeff (Elizabeth) Brand; 17 grand-children and a host of

great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Thomas Jr., Linda Thomas (Rodney) Sanders and Jason H. (Pearilya) Thomas, great-grandchildren, Breland and Byrton Thomas and Lauryn and Lindsey Sanders; daughter-in-law, Bette Graves Thomas; granddaughter-in-law, Tiffany Willoughby Thomas; step-daughter, Fannyette West; step-grandchildren, Angela and Kerry Price; special nephews, Johnny (Harriet) Walters, Robert (Gail) Walters and Thomas (Valeria) Walters; friend John Brown who was a dedicated helper to her during illness and final days and a host of nieces, cousins and friends.
