The City Council was presented the names and locations of polling officials for the municipal bond vote. Should voters approve the bond issue the funds can only be used for the specified purposes.

Councilman Cecil Williamson said Monday was his first time seeing the list of poll workers. City Clerk Lois Williams told city officials the list of poll workers presented to council members was the same used in previous municipal elections.

City Attorney Jimmy Nunn said the poll workers had to be appointed at least 15 days prior to the election. Council members approved the list, with several changes and deletions.
