The Francis Rams Lady Rams exploded for 16 straight points from the start of the game and coasted to a 72-50 win over the Linden Lady Patriots.

“We just wanted to press and force turnovers,” said Lady Ram coach Michael Bedell.

Francis Marion led by as much as 36 points.

Sierra Sawyer led four Francis Marion players in double figures with 18 points. Brittany Harris contributed 13 points. Adrienne Howze and Jamie Morton added 10 points each. Linden’s Meagen Hinton grabbed scoring honors with 21 points. Terrica Craig and Sherrel White netted 10 points each.
