At

some time in our lives all of us have been touched by the United Way. Think of the agencies &045; Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, the Red Cross, soup kitchens and a host of other good organizations.

We are proud and congratulate the citizens of this area for giving to the United Way so generously this year that the organization reached its goal before the end-of-the-year deadline.

So far the United Way has $390,000 to divvy up among 15 agencies. That&8217;s good for all of us .
