Monday night, the Selma City Council received a copy of the $48,000 police report prepared by Public Safety Consultants Inc. At the time, Mayor James Perkins Jr. said the report would be available on the city’s Web site. He also asked Dr. Ralph Ioimo, the consultant, to send an electronic copy of the document to The Selma Times-Journal. The newspaper didn’t receive a copy. The Times-Journal obtained another copy of the report, and has provided for you here.
