Central Christian Academy pounded the boards Thursday night and gave a sound thumping to Marion Schools, 56-18.

Erica Caldwell lead the way for CCA with 14 points, eight rebounds and 4 steals. She was followed by Kara Rawls with 13 points, eight rebounds and three steals. Chelsea Perry wound up with 11 points and four rebounds and Janeika Williams scored six but had 10 rebounds.

Coach Darrell Walker said he is very proud of his players. “They worked very hard and showed good courage,” he said.
