Mr. John Henry Sanderson, 85, of Selma died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, in a local hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home officiated by the Rev. Larry Stover, Pastor John Shipman and Doug Coats.

Burial will follow in New Live Oak Cemetery.

Mr. Sanderson is survived by his wife, Ruth D. Sanderson of Selma; children, John Robert (Lois) Sanderson of Searcy, Ark., Clifford Henry (Sheri) Sanderson of Selma, Richar Carl (Linda)Sanderson of Flowery Branch, Ga.; grandchildren, Cindy Burson of Little Rock, Ark., Darren Sanderson of Cabot, Ark., Donnie Sanderson of Hickory Plains, Ark., Gina Sanderson of Hickory Plains, Becky Crawford of Hickory Plains, Brian Doughlas Sanderson of Selma, Brett Sanderson of Flowery Branch, Cory Sanderson of Flowery Branch, Bailey Sanderson of Flowery Branch.

He was preceded in death by a son, Donald Sanderson.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brian Sanderson, Darren Sanderson, Cory Sanderson, Brett Sanderson, Donnie Sanderson and George Taylor.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
