Bessie Mae Rowser

Bessie Mae Rowser, age 92 of Demopolis, Ala.passed Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, at her residence.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2007, at Evening Star Baptist Church, Gallion, Ala. The Rev. Floyd James will officiate. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.

Family hour will be held Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. until 1 p.m. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demoplis, Ala. entrusted with arrangements.

Josephine J. Peterson

Josephine J. Peterson, 85, a resident of Selma passed Oct. 22, 2007.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, at noon from Ebenezer Baptist Church with Pastor F. D. Reese officiating.

Burial will follow in Pineview Memorial Gardens

with J. H. Williams & Sons Funeral Home directing.

Manie Hatcher Smith, 59, a resident of Orrville, passed Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, at Shelby Medical Center Hospital. Final arrangements will be announced at a later date by Miller Funeral Service.
