To the Editor:

Apparently, Carolyn Knight has as little knowledge of Islam as the violent people who call themselves Muslims. Christianity also has “blemished and ignorant” groups, who espouse white supremacy and other fascist ideologies.

In order to begin to understand Islam, one has to read the entire Qur’an and understand it as a whole. Many “Muslims” as do many “Christians” think they have captured the entire message when they spout a few sentences out of the much larger context. I suggest doing some homework in advance of having to explain yourself to God, on the Day of Judgement.
