Linda Renee Johnson

Linda Renee Johnson, beloved mother, sister and friend passed away at 8:16 am on January 19, 2006.

Linda Renee was born at the Good Samaritan Hospital on January 25, 1955. She resided in Selma her entire life where she raised her family. She was known as a good friend with a gentle soul.

Linda Renee leaves her three children, Nykesia King of Athens, Georgia, Walter Rodney Johnson and Mahari Blanks of Selma sister Patricia Bowen and Lillie Pearl Bowen of California two nieces Myranda & Michelle Bowen of Tacoma, Washington and eight grand children.

Services will be held at the Freewill Holiness Church on Franklin St., at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 26, 2006.

She may be viewed 7 pm on Wednesday at the Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.

She will be laid to rest at Fair Lawn Cemetery. Repass will be held at St. Paul’s Methodist Church, 826 Choctaw Ave. at 3:00 pm.

Thomas Craig

Thomas Craig, 75, of Montgomery, Alabama died January 23, 2006 at Montgomery Hospital.

Services will be announced at a later date by Lewis Brothers Funeral Home.
