The Morgan Academy Senators notched their first regional win of the season on Friday night when they traveled to Monroeville to take on former MCS coach Ric Raines and the Volunteers.

When all was said and done, the Senators held on for the 54-50 victory.

Ben Callaway led the MA charge with 19 points and six rebounds.

Will Summerlin was behind him in scoring with 14 points and seven rebounds.

MCS 67, Abbeville Christian 32

MCS added their second regional win of the season with a 67-32 rout of the Abbeville Christian Lady Generals.

Carol Ann McIntyre led all scorers with a career high 32 points. She also added seven rebounds, seven steals two assists and a block.

Deavan Aultman finished the night with 15 points and nine rebounds. She also accounted for four assists and four steals and one block. Elyse McIntyre finished the night with eight points, eight assists, four rebounds and a pair of steals.
