Justin Perry Harvell

Justin Perry Harvell of Valley Grande, age 15, passed away Friday November 25, 2005 at his residence.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, November

30, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Ocmulgee Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Robert Taylor officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

He is survived by his parents Danny and Kay Harvell of Valley Grande; brother, Jamie Harvell of Valley Grande; grandparents, Edna Merle and Perry Harvell and Pat Hudson; great grandmother, Myra Hudson; aunts and uncles, Tony (Annette) Tuchton, Janie Stockman, and Sandra Hudson; cousins and numerous friends also survive Justin.

He is preceded in death by his great grandparents Merle and Charlie Frazier and great grandfather Raymond Bledsoe.

Active Pallbearers will be the youth of Ocmulgee Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Selma Funeral Home.

Mr. Harvell was a ninth grader at Dallas County High School.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the youth fund of Ocmulgee Baptist Church. Rt. 6 Box 378 Selma, Al. 36701.

Eugene “EB” Folsom

Mr. Eugene “EB” Folsom of Clanton passed away on November 26, 2005 at Shelby Medical Center.

Mr. Poisom was born Dec. 30, 1920 to the late Lee Hampton and Clara Bell. Folsorn in Coffee

County, AL.

He worked for Oak Line Chair Company.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Wynelle Stough Folsom, Cianton; 2 sons, Don W. Folsom and Dana L. Folsom both of Clantn, AL; brother Mr. Jed Folsom, Redding, CA, and 2 sisters Mrs. Jimmie Lou Gribler, Columbia, SC and Mrs. Jerry Dietrich, Lincoln, NB, 4 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

A memorial service will be Tuesday November 29, 2005 at the Clanton Church of Christ at 3:00pm. Brother John Oneal officiating.

Cassie Mae Samples

Cassie Mae Samples, 75, of Selma, Alabama died November 23, 2005 at her home.

Services are scheduled for December 1, 2005 at 1:00p.m. at Grace Fellowship with Rev. Doris Moultrie officiating the service. Burial will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens.

Survivors include two daughters, Patricia (Tony) Samples of Huntsville and Donna Samples of Selma; one brother Leon Norwood of Mobile; four grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; one son-in-law Tony Edwards, a host of nieces, nephews and one special Aunt Juanita Henderson.

Florine Berry Hill

Florine Berry Hill, 88, died Sunday, November 27, 2005 in a local hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2005, with Rev. Hank Spencer officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include one son, Wallace F. Hill of Wetumpka; 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; one sister, Annie Louise Baylace of Hattiesburg, MS; and a loyal friend and companion, Essie Stevenson of Selma.

Mrs. Hill was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace R. Hill; and her parents, Henry Frank Berry and Ethel Alby Berry.
