Thrasher

Courtney Danielle Thrasher, age 3, of Selma, passed away November 8, 2005 in a Birmingham hospital.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 12, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Fancher officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 11, 2005, 6-8:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home.

She is survived by her parents, Daniel and Kim Thrasher; grandparents, Brenda and Willis Scurlock and Lillie Goodman; one brother, Patrick Thrasher; one sister, Brittnie Quigley; great grandparents, Jimmy and Ann Goodman and Buford Campbell, Sr. and aunts and uncle, Christy Anderson, James Thrasher, Marie Thrasher, and Sherry Thrasher.

Pallbearers will be Calvin Edwards, James Thrasher, Rodney Dempsey and Roger Campbell.

Deacon Theodore Mitchell, 74, departed this life on Sunday, November 6, 2005.

Homecoming service will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, November 12, 2005 at Greater New Hope Baptist Church, 4955 Hwy 80 East. Rev. Johnnie Blunt will be officiating the service. Burial will follow at New Sister Spring Baptist Church Cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the church from 11a.m. to 12p.m.
