Willie E. Brown

Willie E. (Tampa) Brown, 74, of Dallas County died September 29 at Vaughan Hospital.

Services are scheduled for October 5th at 12 noon at Mt.Olive

#1 Missionary Baptist Church officiated by Rev. A.L. Brown. Burial will follow in Fair Lawn Gardens and will be directed by Lewis Brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Myra Sanders Brown; five sons, Willie P. Brown, Raymond Brown and Minister Ricky Brown of Selma, Clarance (Linda) Brown of Saginaw MI, and Minister Michael Brown of Augusta, GA; three daughters, Mona (Eugene) Wilson of

Huntsville, Al., Patricia Brown and Essie Brown of Selma, Al; three brothers, Rev. Ernest (Ethel) L. Brown of Saginaw, MI., James (Mary) Brown of Saginaw, Rev. A.L.(Annie) Brown of Selma; four Sisters, Rev. Mary L.B. Pierce of Montgomery, Ethel Mae Drain, Carrie (Dea. Henry) Hines and Rev. Willie Mae Harvey of Saginaw MI. He has 19 grandchildren and three great-grand children. He has a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Robert Gary Sims

Robert Gary Sims, 58, of Selma died Saturday, October 1 at a local hospital.

Graveside services were held at a family cemetery in Chambers County. Mr. Sims was the son of Stella Sims of Daviston.

He was preceded in death by his father Ray Ison Sims; one brother, Damon Ray Sims. Survivors include his wife Brenda Sims; three sons, Robert Gary &8220;Brenda&8221; Sims, Audie Sims, Jamie (Karen) Sims; three daughters, Britta Barnett, Tracy Robertson, Christy (Kenny) Glass. He had 10 Grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Robert Sims, Audie Sims, Jamie Sims, Anthony Sims and Robbie Sims.

Quattlebaum Funeral Home of Roanoke directed.

Napoleon Wilks Sr.

Napoleon Wilks Sr., 73, of Selma died October 2.

Services will be scheduled for October 8 at 1pm at the Little Canaan Primitive.

Charlie Mae Davis

Ms. Charlie Mae Davis of Selma died October 3.

Arrangements will be made at a later time.

Baby Boy Jeffrey

Webb Jr.

Baby Boy Jeffrey Webb Jr. of Montgomery died October 1.

Arrangements will be made at a later date.

Felix Coy Harris

Felix Coy Harris, 82, died Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2005 at the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Linda Tarver officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens.

Mr. Harris is survived by his son, Richard Coy Harris of Crestview, Florida, daughter and son-in-law, Linda Harris and Malcom Wayne Denton of Hope Hull, Alabama, brothers, Earnest Harris of Guin, AL, and Quentin Harris of Moody, AL, sisters, Mamie Creel of Detroit, AL, Nettie Lou Guyton of Florida, and Pearlie Fay White of Guin, AL, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family visitation will be Thursday, October 6, 2005 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be U.S. Air Force Honor Guard.
