age 69, of Demopolis, Alabama passed Thursday, September 15, 2005, at her residence. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 20, 2005, at 1 p.m. at Petty Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, Demopolis, Alabama. Rev. Anita Wright, pastor. Rev. Willie Irvin, eulogist. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Demopolis, Alabama.

The remains will repose at the church on Thursday beginning at 12:00 Noon.

William Barkley Poole

William Barkley Poole, age 61, of Selma, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2005, at a local hospital.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 22, 2005, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Selma Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 21, from 6-8 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home.

Mary Amanda Wallace

Mary Amanda Wallace, age 13, of Selma, passed away Monday, September 19, 2005, at a local hospital.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 22, 2005, at 11:00, at Pineview Memory Gardens with Father Carroll Plourde officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 21, 2005, from 6-8:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home.

She is survived by her parents, Randy and Cynthia M. Wallace; one sister, Amy Marie Wallace and maternal grandmother, Florine M. Meyer all of Selma, AL.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Donald C. Meyer, Sr. and her paternal grandparents, Ward and Hazel Wallace.

Pallbearers will be Donald C. Meyer, Jr., Michael Meyer, Kenneth DeLoach, Robert Shelton, Danny Haney and Carl Richards.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Children’s Hospital Foundation, 1600 7th Avenue, South, Birmingham, AL 35233.
