Tommy Moorer

Tommy Moorer, of Miami, Fla., died Tuesday, November 23, 2004, in Miami.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 4, at Old Bethel Baptist Church in Collirene, with the Rev. Larry Blake Blake officiating.

He was the son of the late Bot and Bell Moorer of Collirene.

Neomia Seay

Neomia Seay, 91, of Selma, died Wednesday, December 1, 2004, at a local nursing home.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 4, at New Hope Apostolic Church with the Rev. Joe Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include one grandson, Jessie (Joan) Dixon; three great-grandsons, Jessie L. (Moniki), James (Kindada) and Jonathan Dixon; five brothers, Emanuel (LaShan), Booker (Ethel), Eddie (Dorothy), Will (Pat) and Lester (Hattie) Brown; five sisters, Vaola Brown, Mildred (Maldee) Walker, Ruth (Wilson) Pauldin, Azila (Willie) Goree and Addie (Sylvester) Richardson; and nieces, nephews.

Active pallbearers are members of New Hope Apostolic Church.

Mrs. Seay served faithfully with her husband, the late Elderidge Seay, pastor of Myrtlewood A.O.H. Church of God for 30 years.

Alfred M. Morrow Sr.

Alfred M. Morrow Sr., 66, of Maplesville, died Tuesday, November 30, 2004, at his home.

Services will he held at 12 noon Saturday, December 4, at Plantersville Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Rodney Morton officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Miller Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his wife, Stella Morrow; mother, Adelaide P. Morrow; one son, Alfred Morrow Jr.; four daughters, LeTonia Morrow, Barbara Milhouse, Alfreda Morrow, Yvonne Stevenson; four sons, Roosevelt (Annie Bell) Morrow, Rev. Leo Morrow and John Morrow of Plantersville and David (Maxine) Morrow; five sisters, Addie (Willie) Crum, Alma Shields, Mary (Milford) Latham, Lorene McKenzie of Plantersville and Barbara (Robert) Roberts of Selma; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one son-in-law; five brothers-in-law; and six sisters-in-law.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cassandra Morrow, a son, Charlie (Mae Louis) Morrow

Active pallbearers are nephews.

Douglas Williams

Douglas Williams, 57, of Dallas County, died Sunday, November 28, 2004, in Selma.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 4, at Freedom Baptist Church with the Rev. James Spicer officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery with Miller Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Williams; one son, Douglas Williams Jones; one daughter, Latonya Rena Jones; one brother, George “Buster” Williams; four sisters, Delois Tisby, Ann Williams, Bertha Williams and Tina Beckles; seven grandchildren; one daughter-in-law; three nephews; and five nieces; and a host other relatives and friends.

Active pallbearers are family and friends.

Pauline P. Nichols

Pauline P. Nichols, 92, of Marion, died Wednesday December 1, 2004, at a Perry County nursing home.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 4, at Marion United Methodist Church with the Rev. James Waters Jr.

and Dr. Larry Teasley officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery with Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel directing.

Survivors include one sister, Etoyle P. Smith of Marion; and one brother-in-law, Bruce H. Nichols Sr. of Marion.

Active pallbearers are Pat Barton, Paul Hightower, Bruce Nichols Jr., Billy Edwards, George Bynum and Daniel Driver.

Survivors include five sons, Robert, James, John, Ben and Lee Maxwell; two daughters, Edith McCree and Dorothy Fikes; two brothers, Willie James Lewis and Reginald Oles Jr.; sisters, Lou Bell Johnson, Mary Stewart, Florence Beckton, Willie Mae Brown and Jannie McDaniel; 44 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and five daughters-in-law.

Diane Thompson

Diane Thompson, 53, of Baltimore, Md., formerly of Myrtlewood, died Thursday, November 25, 2004, in Baltimore, Md.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 4, at Jerusalem No. 2 Baptist Church in Myrtlewood, with the Rev. Frank Charleston officiating. Burial will follow in Cloverhill Cemetery in Myrtlewood, with Larkin and Scott Funeral Home of Demopolis directing.

Annie Mae Forge

Annie Mae Forge, 74, of Selma, died Thursday, December 2, 2004, at her home.
