Elmira Alison

Elmira Alison passed away Nov. 26, 2004. Funeral services will be held Nov. 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Grace Episcopal Church in Mt. Meigs. Visitation is scheduled for 1 1/2 hours prior to the church service. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. at St. Paul Episcopal Church Cemetery in Carlowville. Survivors include her husband Montgomery Wingfield Alison, daughter Anna Grace Alison Smith and husband Van Smith of Prattville; son Wink Alison Jr. and wife Carol Alison of Winnsboro, La.; son Sam Alison and wife Loren Alison of South Pasadena, Ca.; son Clyde Alison and wife Audrey Alison of Pike Road, Al.; and sister Margaret Arnold of Church Hill, Tenn. The family requests donations be made in her memory to the Salvation Army at 900 Bell Street, Montgomery, Al., 36104.
