Thearthur Acoff

Thearthur Acoff, 64, of Selma, died Thursday, October 14, 2004, in Selma.

Services are at 12 noon, Saturday, October 23, at Union Grove P.B. Church, 402 Medical Center Pkwy., with the Rev. Ocie Acoff officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memorial Gardens with Walker Mortuary directing.

Survivors include two brothers, Franklin D. Acoff of Brent and Rev. Ocie L. (Rosetta) Acoff of Selma; one sister, Ruth Acoff Glover of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one sister-in-law; four nephews; and 12 nieces.

Active pallbearers are Glen Davis and members of Union Grove P.B. Church and St. Paul P. B. Church in Pine Hill.

Honorary pallbearers are William Smith, Fred Smith and Samuel Smith.

Mr. Acoff served in the United States Army.

Adrienne Sheppard Cade

Adrienne Sheppard Cade, 26, formerly of Marion, died Friday, October 15, 2004, in Eutaw.

Services are at 12 noon, Saturday, October 23, at Marion Baptist Academy in Marion with the Rev. Clifford Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Marion with Lee & Rollins Funeral Home directing.

Clayton Morrow Jr.

Clayton Morrow Jr., of Plantersville, died Sunday, October 17, 2004, at a Selma hospital.

Services are at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 23, at Plantersville Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Tillis officiating. Burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery with Lewis Brothers Funeral Home directing.

Donna K. Fuller

Donna K. Fuller, of Selma, died Thursday, October 21, 2004.

Mattie Parker

Mattie Parker, 92, of Ohio, formerly of Dallas County, died Tuesday, October 19, 2004, in Ohio.

Services are at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 23, at New Salem Baptist Church with the Rev. Felton Henderson Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Miller Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include six sons, Curtis Parker, Henry L. (Sandra) Parker, Cleester Parker, Louis C. (Beverly) Parker, Printes (Jean) Parker and Leslie V. (Sheryl) Parker; one sister, Lilly Mae Abrams; 25 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Verna Robinson of Cleveland, Ohio; and a host of nieces and nephews.
