Casey L. Jones

Casey L. Jones, 92, of Selma, died Monday, September 27, 2004, at his home.

Services are at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 30, at the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Fancher, Tim Jones and the Rev. Brent Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens Cemetery with Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include sons, Rev. Levert (Linda) Jones, Lonnie (Sandra) Jones and Donald (Marsha) Jones all of Selma; grandchildren, Tim (Stacy) Jones of Pickensville, Tommy (Tina) Jones, Torrey (Tory) Jones, Kevin Jones, David (Amy) Jones, Eric (Krystal) Jones, Trease (Doug) Kirk and Carla (Don) Smith all of Selma; 11 grandchildren; one sister, Martha Huckabee of Montgomery; and niece, Mary Frances Garber of Montgomery.

Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Joann Jones.

Active pallbearers are his grandsons.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Andrew T. Harrison

Andrew T. “Sarge” Harrison, 86, of Selma, died Tuesday, September 28, 2004, at a local hospital.

Graveside services are at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 30, at Pineview Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Shaw officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include two sons, Bo (Edie) Harrison of Selma and Michael (Arita) Harrison of Hope Hull; daughters, Betty (Tom) Mills of Alabaster and Judy (Wayne) Simmons of Selma; sister, Ruby Cross Harrison; sister-in-law, Frauline Harrison of Bay Minette; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Harrison was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Y. Harrison, Jennifer L. Harrison, brothers, John H. Harrison, Joe D. Harrison, Alexander Harrison and Alvin Harrison.

Active pallbearers are Tom Mills, Wayne Simmons, Chris Mills, Glenn Phillips, Andrew Harrison and Davy McLean.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, at the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home.
