Willie Merle Frazier

Willie Merle Frazier, 89, of Uniontown, died Monday, April 5, 2004, at a Tuscaloosa hospital.

Graveside services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, at Rosemont Cemetery in Uniontown, with the Rev. Bill Wallace officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Marion Chapel directing.

Survivors include two daughters, Edna Merle Harvell (Perry) and Bertha Shows of Uniontown; three sisters, Annie Lou Johnson and Evelyn Ross of Selma and Madie Alice Fendley of Thomasville; four grandchildren, Janice Stockman, Shirley Shows, Joe Shows and Danny Harvell; four great-grandchildren, Michelle Martin, April Martin, Jamie Harvell and Justin Harvell.

She was preceded by her husband, Charlie Frazier, brothers, George Walker, Lamar Walker and granddaughter, Cathy Harvell Gill.

Honorary pallbearers are Gordon Van, Danny Mayo, Richard Barton, John Barton, Joe Johnson, Eugene Oglesby, Mike Osburn, Richard Lorance, Charles Gill and Aubrey Barton.

Olive Pittman

Olive Pittman, of Birmingham, died Monday, April 5, 2004, at a Birmingham hospital.

Graveside services are at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 8, at New Live Oak Cemetery with Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Survivors will be announced later by Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, at Lawrence Funeral Home.
