BREAKING NEWS: 16-year-old arrested in club shooting

A 16-year-old suspect was arrested at 9:45 a.m. for the Sunday morning shooting at the Tornado Club on Alabama Avenue which left Patrick Walker, a local Selma man injured.
He is being charged with Assault 1st and two counts of Shooting into an Unoccupied Vehicle. All three charges charges are felonies.
According to District Attorney Ed Greene, the assault charge is a class B felony and carries with it a sentence of 2-20 years.
The other charges are class C felonies and could result in a sentence of 1-10 years.
According to police, other suspects are wanted for the shooting and other arrests may follow.
