The Meadowview Christian Trojan’s played host to the Morgan Academy Senators Friday night in what some area fans have waited for all year. The Trojan’s came into the game 0-9, with a chance to end their season on a high note, and the Senators were just getting ready for the play-offs.

The game started out with the Trojans receiving the ball first, and things had a positive outlook for a moment. The Trojan’s were able to move the ball with a little success, and pick up a first down but it all seemed to fall apart from that point.

Morgan took the ball on their own 35 yard line, and proceeded to march it down the field in methodical fashion. On first and goal on the Trojan 10 yard line Travis Lyon took it in from 10 yards out on the quarterback keeper. The ensuing extra point failed, and the Senators took the lead 6-0.
